At Ubiquiti, you’ll heighten your potential and broaden your horizons - all while shaping the future of connectivity.\nRole Summary\nWe are looking for a Software Product Builder - Enterprise Platform: a hands-on product engineer who can combine strong product taste, AI-native engineering, and the ability to ship production-quality software.\nThis role is for builders who can move from ambiguous product opportunities to working systems quickly. You will design, prototype, build, and iterate on enterprise platform capabilities across cloud services, identity, security, administration, automation, and developer/operator workflows. You will use modern AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and spec-driven development practices to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards for quality, reliability, and security.\nThe ideal candidate is not only able to define what should be built, but can personally build and ship it.\nWhat You’ll Do\nIdentify high-impact enterprise platform opportunities by understanding user needs, operational pain points, and product gaps.\nTurn ambiguous ideas into clear product specs, technical designs, prototypes, and production-ready features.\nBuild end-to-end platform capabilities across backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, identity, permissions, automation, observability, and admin workflows.\nUse AI coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor to accelerate implementation, testing, refactoring, documentation, and iteration.\nCollaborate closely with product, design, frontend, mobile, cloud, identity, security, and DevOps teams to deliver complete product experiences.\nEnsure systems are secure, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise platform requirements.\nContinuously improve agentic engineering workflows, including spec-driven development, AI-assisted coding, test generation, code review, and release readiness.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in backend, cloud, platform, full-stack, or product engineering.\nStrong ability to build and ship production software using Golang, TypeScript, Python, or similar modern languages.\nStrong product sense: able to simplify complex workflows, reason from user problems, and make practical tradeoffs.\nExperience designing and implementing APIs, backend services, data models, integrations, distributed systems, or cloud-native applications.\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, debugging, security, and production operations.\nProficiency with AI development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI coding agents.\nExperience with AI-native development practices such as Spec-Driven Development, prompt/context engineering, agentic coding workflows, AI-assisted testing, and code review.\nStrong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building enterprise software, cloud platforms, identity systems, admin consoles, developer tools, or internal productivity tools.\nFamiliarity with AWS, containers, serverless architecture, event-driven systems, RDBMS, NoSQL, or message queues.\nKnowledge of IAM, OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, RBAC, audit logs, compliance, Zero Trust, or secure enterprise workflows.\nExperience using AI agents for multi-file implementation, refactoring, debugging, test generation, or release preparation.\nFounder, early startup engineer, product engineer, or 0-to-1 builder experience is a strong
