web applications.\nExperience working on complex product development and software implementation projects.\nExperience participating in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\n\nJob Responsibility\nLead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex web applications using MEAN/MERN stack technologies.\nProvide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to developers throughout the software development lifecycle.\nWork extensively with modern JavaScript technologies, including:\nMongoDB / MySQL\nExpress.js\nAngular\nReact.js\nNode.js\nSocket.io\nJavaScript / TypeScript\nPossess strong full-stack development knowledge, with hands-on expertise in Node.js and Angular and/or React.js.\nDesign and develop scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance applications.\nDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, third-party APIs, and backend services.\nDemonstrate strong programming fundamentals, logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nHave in-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive design, and modern frontend development practices.\nParticipate in application architecture, technical design, database design, and technology selection.\nConduct detailed code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, security practices, and development best practices.\nIdentify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide effective and scalable solutions.\nCollaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.\nAnalyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\nProvide technical estimates and contribute to project planning, sprint planning, and task prioritization.\nTake complete ownership and accountability for technical deliverables across all phases of the development lifecycle.\nEnsure application performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.\nIdentify performance bottlenecks and implement appropriate optimization strategies.\nWork with Git and version-control systems, following proper branching, pull-request, and collaborative development practices.\nExperience with CI/CD tools and processes, such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar platforms, will be an added advantage.\nMentor junior and mid-level developers through technical guidance, code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best-practice recommendations.\nSupport the team in troubleshooting technical challenges and resolving complex production issues.\nContribute to continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, architecture, and engineering practices.\nWork effectively within an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical discussions.\nStay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, libraries, development methodologies, and industry best practices.\nDemonstrate a strong Can-Do / Get-It-Done attitude with a focus on ownership, accountability, quality, and timely delivery.\nMaintain excellent time-management, multitasking, communication, and leadership skills.\nEffectively manage multiple technical priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced environment.\n\nDesired Candidate Profile\nProven work experience as a Lead MEAN/MERN Developer, Technical Lead, Full Stack Lead, Senior Full Stack Developer, or similar role.\n7 to 10+ years of professional software development experience.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Node.js.\nStrong experience with React.js and/or Angular.\nStrong knowledge of MongoDB and/or MySQL.\nExcellent understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.\nStrong experience in RESTful APIs, WebSockets, API integrations, and backend development.\nIn-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development.\nStrong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.\nExperience in developing scalable and high-performance applications.\nStrong knowledge of Git and version-control systems.\nExperience with CI/CD and DevOps practices will be an
