the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure and user systems while ensuring secure and reliable connectivity\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\nAssist in the setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other user hardware.\nSupport antivirus and endpoint protection updates across user devices.\nSupport first-level troubleshooting for network and user incidents.\nMaintain accurate records of hardware and network devices inventory.\nCollaborate in applying patches and updates to systems and devices.\nProvide support for compliance tasks under supervision (e.g., PCIDSS readiness, audit responses).\nAssist in maintaining internet and email connectivity.\nEscalate unresolved technical issues to senior administrators or relevant teams.\nProvide basic support for network connectivity issues (e.g., POS, internet, user devices).\nPerform routine maintenance and health checks on network devices and user systems.\nMonitor and escalate critical alerts and warnings on network infrastructure.\n\nJob Requirements\n\nOthers: CCNA, MCP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL Foundation is an added advantage.\nExperience: Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in user support and basic network administration.\nUniversity Education: B.Sc./B.Eng. in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, or related disciplines (minimum
