We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Network & User Administrator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• To support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure and user systems while ensuring secure and reliable connectivity

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide basic support for network connectivity issues (e.g., POS, internet, user devices).
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other user hardware.
• Monitor and escalate critical alerts and warnings on network infrastructure.
• Support antivirus and endpoint protection updates across user devices.
• Assist in maintaining internet and email connectivity.
• Collaborate in applying patches and updates to systems and devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and health checks on network devices and user systems.
• Support first-level troubleshooting for network and user incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware and network devices inventory.
• Provide support for compliance tasks under supervision (e.g., PCIDSS readiness, audit responses).
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior administrators or relevant teams.

Job Requirements

• University Education: B.Sc./B.Eng. in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, or related disciplines (minimum Second-Class Lower).
• Others: CCNA, MCP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL Foundation is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in user support and basic network administration.
