We work cross-functionally to provide clarity, alignment, and measurable impact across all revenue channels.\nAs a Data Analyst, you will own the analysis of Unifonic’s revenue data identifying trends, seasonality, pipelines, and key performance drivers. Your insights will shape sales forecasts, optimize revenue streams, and enhance visibility across the entire revenue funnel.\nHelp us shape the future of communication by:\nCollecting, cleaning, and structuring revenue-related data (sales, renewals, churn, ARPU, etc.).\n\nAnalyzing trends, seasonality, and anomalies; identify best practices and performance gaps.\n\nBuilding dashboards and reports for sales, finance, and operations to monitor KPIs.\n\nProviding regular analysis: e.g. monthly/quarterly revenue performance vs forecast; pipeline conversion; gap analysis\n\nSupporting forecasting efforts by supplying inputs, validating models, and helping to refine assumptions.\n\nWorking with teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to define metrics, ensure data integrity, ensure that data capture supports analysis.\n\nAssisting in implementing tools/automations for data collection, reporting, and visualization.\n\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or anything else relevant\n\n1-2 years of experience in data analysis, revenue operations, or business analytics, preferably in the SaaS or CPaaS industry.\n\nExperience in Excel and data manipulation, as well as familiarity with business intelligence tools like tableau.\n\nStrong statistical and quantitative thinking and reasoning, and experience in analyzing revenue data.\n\nSolid understanding of revenue, pipeline, and sales metrics and indicators.\n\nExcellent communication skills and great attention to detail.\n\nCurious, proactive, and comfortable with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n\nCraft & Toolkit:\nRevenue & Business Analytics\n\nData Analysis & Visualization\n\nSales & Pipeline Metrics\n\nStatistical & Quantitative Analysis\n\nExcel & Data Manipulation\n\nTableau & BI Tools\n\nRevenue Performance Reporting\n\nCharacter Traits:\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving -
