If you are passionate about technology and are excited about working on cutting-edge communication and engagement solutions, we want you on our team.\nAs a Senior SDET, you will design and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and CI/CD integrations that ensure our systems meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers to build robust automation pipelines for UI, API, and backend testing, and contribute to load and performance testing initiatives.\nThis role is ideal for a hands-on automation engineer with strong Python or TypeScript/JavaScript skills, a passion for quality engineering, and an interest in learning about testing AI-driven systems.\nHelp us shape the future of communications by:\nDesigning, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.\n\nDeveloping and executing integration and end-to-end test suites to ensure high-quality releases.\n\nImplementing performance and load testing using k6 or similar tools.\n\nIntegrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Git, Drone CI, Argo CD, Kubernetes).\n\nDriving test coverage, defect reporting, and quality metrics across multiple delivery teams.\n\nCollaborating with engineers to embed testing early in the SDLC and ensure reliable, scalable automation.\n\nAdvocating for QA best practices, code quality, and automation-first principles.\n\nLeading continuous improvement initiatives evaluating new tools, frameworks, and techniques to enhance efficiency and maintainability.\n\nRequirements\nWhat you'll bring:\n7+ years of experience in software testing or automation engineering.\n\nStrong programming skills in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript.\n\nHands-on experience with at least one of the following: Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium (required).\n\nExperience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) and backend validation.\n\nExperience with k6 or other load testing tools for performance validation.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD environments, containerized systems, and Kubernetes.\n\nExcellent understanding of test design, debugging, and automation in distributed systems.\n\nExperience working in Agile (Scrum) teams.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\nExposure to AI/ML systems and model testing principles is preferable.\n\nUnderstanding of data validation frameworks (e.g., Great Expectations, Pandas is preferable.\n\nAwareness of MLOps, Data Drift, or Model Drift detection is preferable.\n\nExperience
