Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and applicable plan terms.\nJob Posting Title: Production Lead SMT (Swing Shift)\nJob Description\nJob Title: Production Operator - SMT Lead\nJob Functions: Production\nJob Overview:\nProduction Operator SMT Lead sets up and operates SMT machines and equipment. Reports to Production Supervisor and is located in Newark, CA.\nPrimary Job Responsibilities:\n1. Responsible for the overall operation of the assigned production line/unit that may include SMT automatic assembly and the following:\nOffline feeder setup tear down and component recognition, SMT machine operating and Handload.\nMust be able to train new SMT operators and assist SMT operators to learn new skills\nEffectively prioritize schedule to accommodate new priorities or to resolve material issues\nSetup, read and understand Set-up Sheets, Assembly Instructions, and Assembly Notes.\n2. Execute written/verbal instructions given by supervisor and monitor efficiency and quality of assigned routine tasks:\nRead and follow work instructions and visual aids\nCheck and inspect task results against predetermined standards,\nIdentify, communicate, and escalate production issues and problems\n3.
