Reports to Production Supervisor and is located in Newark, CA.\nPrimary Job Responsibilities:\n1. Responsible for the overall operation of the assigned production line/unit\nOffline feeder setup, tear down and component recognition\nSMT machine operating\nAOI machine operating and QC\nPCBA general rework\nPCBA trace, BGA pad rework\nHandload, mechanical assembly\nHandload, wave soldering machine operating, washer operating\nAXI machine operating and QC\nSRT machine operating\nRouting/depanelization/Press Fit\nICT testing\nFCT testing\nBurn in\nBox build\nHiPot\nHynix Test\nHynix QC\nHynix operations exclude Hynix Test and QC\n2. Execute written/verbal instructions given by supervisor and monitor efficiency and quality of assigned routine tasks.\nRead and follow work instructions and visual aids\nCheck and inspect task results against predetermined standards,\nIdentify, communicate, and escalate production issues and problems\nKey Tools and Technology:\nSemi-automatic and automatic assembly equipment and tools (SMT, AOI, AXI, press fit, washing machine, tester, MPM/dek printer, reflow oven, stencil, feeder support pins and other equipment)\nESD equipment\nProduction documents: work instructions, product specifications, bill of material (BOM) and other documents\nMS Office (Word, Excel)\nADP Workforce Now (Employee Self-Service Portal)\nRequired Education and Experience:\n1. High school diploma is desired\n2. Minimum 1 year work experience in manufacturing production environment\nWork Context and Conditions:\n1. Indoors, environmentally controlled and secured\n2. Highly structured work environment\n3. Daily use of telephone, email and face-to-face communication with Production team\n4. Importance of being accurate regarding work instructions and production tasks and process\n5. Moderate time pressure required to operate production equipment and enter data daily\n6. Team work\n7. Completer-finisher role\n8. High security and safety standards\n9. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds\n10.
