This role is responsible for supporting, optimizing, enhancing, and governing the ERP ecosystem to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the business.\nWorking closely with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Customer Service, and Technology, this position translates business requirements into scalable system solutions, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and helps maximize the value of UniGroup's Dynamics 365 investment.\nThis role is ideal for a systems professional who enjoys solving business problems, improving processes, partnering with stakeholders, and serving as a bridge between business and technology teams.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as the primary owner and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.\nPartner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.\nGather business requirements and translate them into scalable functional solutions.\nLead system enhancements, configuration activities, testing, deployment, and ongoing support efforts.\nDevelop and maintain the Dynamics 365 roadmap in alignment with organizational priorities and business objectives.\nEvaluate new platform capabilities and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, effectiveness, and business value.\nConfigure and support Dynamics 365 functionality across finance, procurement, inventory, supply chain, and operational business processes.\nSupport integrations, workflows, reporting solutions, and automation initiatives within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.\nTroubleshoot complex application, integration, workflow, and data-related issues.\nCoordinate user acceptance testing, release validation, and change management activities.\nMonitor system performance, stability, security, and user adoption.\nDevelop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and support procedures.\nManage relationships with vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.\nPromote standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across business functions.\nCollaborate with internal teams to deliver projects, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nFive or more years of experience supporting, administering, or leading solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.\nExperience translating business requirements into functional system solutions.\nExperience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or significant enhancement initiatives.\nStrong understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, supply chain, and operational business processes.\nExperience supporting integrations, workflows, reporting solutions, and system enhancements.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and vendor partnerships.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certifications.\nExperience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.\nExperience with Azure integrations and enterprise application architecture.\nFamiliarity with D365 development technologies and integration tools, including X++, C#, .NET, SQL, and Azure-based solutions.\nExperience supporting transportation, logistics, relocation, or supply chain organizations.\nExperience working in a multi-entity ERP environment.\nExperience supporting application governance, roadmap planning, and change management activities.\nHow You'll Be Successful\nTop performers in this role tend to be:\nStrong business partners who build trusted relationships across departments.\nSystems thinkers who connect technology capabilities with business outcomes.\nProblem-solvers who enjoy troubleshooting issues and identifying sustainable solutions.\nProcess-improvement minded professionals who continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\nOrganized project leaders who can manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.\nEffective communicators who can translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.\nCurious learners who stay current on emerging technologies and platform capabilities.\nAdaptable professionals who thrive in a changing environment and embrace new challenges.\nAbout UniGroup\nUniGroup is a transportation cooperative that owns and supports the United Van Lines and Mayflower brands.
