This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for maintaining, configuring, optimizing, and enhancing NetSuite to meet the evolving needs of the Finance organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep NetSuite expertise, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to independently design and implement system improvements that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister, maintain, & optimize the NetSuite ERP platform.\nExperience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) Module is highly desirable.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to understand Company requirements and lead NetSuite performance initiative solutions.\nConfigure, manage, and customize NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, saved searches, and reports.\nDesign, develop, and implement system enhancements to improve Finance processes, controls, reporting, and operational efficiency.\nEvaluate business requirements and recommend scalable NetSuite configurations and best practices.\nCreate and maintain custom fields, records, scripts, workflows, and integrations as needed.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to understand Company requirements and lead NetSuite performance initiative solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.\nCoordinate testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes and enhancements.\nWork with third-party vendors and consultants when required.\nMaintain data integrity and support audit, compliance, and internal control requirements.\nCreate and maintain clear user documentation, quick guides, FAQs, and training materials.\nStay current on NetSuite releases and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionality.\nPerform additional responsibilities as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nCurrent NetSuite Certified Administrator\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.\n5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.\nAdvanced knowledge of NetSuite ERP configuration and administration.\nWorking knowledge of SuiteScript development, including the ability to create and modify scripts, workflows, and customizations.\nExperience with third-party integrations and iPaaS platforms, particularly Workato.\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and NetSuite-Salesforce integrations.\nExperience with Salesforce billing and integrating SF Billing into NetSuite, Tableau/Snowflake reporting a strong plus.\nStrong experience with: SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Financial Reporting, Dashboards and KPIs, Roles and Permissions, SuiteAnalytics, CSV Imports and Data Management.\nExperience supporting core Finance functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Close.\nAbility to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and independently deliver solutions.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SuiteScript and NetSuite integrations\nExperience supporting publicly traded or high-growth organizations\nBackground in Accounting or Finance\nExperience with financial planning, budgeting, or procurement systems integrations\nSuccess Factors\nActs as the go-to NetSuite expert for the Finance organization\nIndependently identifies opportunities for system improvements and automation\nBalances technical expertise with strong business process understanding\nDelivers high-quality solutions that improve Finance team productivity and reporting capabilities\nCollaborates effectively with system administrators for other Uniguest platforms\nThrives in an individual contributor environment with ownership and accountability for the NetSuite platform\nWhat We Offer\nSupportive leadership team that rewards initiative and success\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plan options\n401k Plan with Employer Match\nPaid Time Off Programs including vacation, sick leave, volunteer time off and parental leave\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nEmployee Referral Bonus Program\nCareer development and potential for advancement opportunities\nPerformance bonuses\nEmployee Recognition Rewards Program\nAbout Uniguest\nUniguest is the global leader in providing highly secure, fully managed customer-facing technology solutions on an outsourced basis to the hospitality, senior living, specialty retail, education, and corporate sectors.
