In this role you will be responsible for managing project delivery from initiation through to completion, coordinating internal resources, third-party partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. The role works closely with Technical Services, Sales, Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. In addition to Enterprise AV projects, you may be required to support deployments and initiatives across the wider Uniguest product portfolio as business needs dictate.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Delivery & Customer Onboarding\nManage the successful onboarding of customers and AV integration partners at the start of each project.\nAct as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.\nClearly communicate project objectives, processes, timelines, responsibilities, and expectations to all stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.\nCoordinate all professional services included within the project scope.\nProfessional Services Coordination\nFacilitate project kick-off meetings.\nProduce and distribute clear, accurate meeting minutes and action logs.\nCreate and maintain Scope of Work (SOW) documentation and project deliverables.\nCoordinate site visits and activities performed by Technical Services engineers.\nTrack installation progress and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.\nCapture, manage and follow up on post-installation snagging and remedial actions.\nEnsure successful project handover and sign-off upon completion.\nPre-Deployment & Technical Coordination\nGather, document, and validate all pre-deployment requirements.\nWork with customers and partners to ensure site readiness prior to system deployment.\nFacilitate discussions regarding system integrations and technical requirements between customers, AV partners, and internal technical teams.\nEscalate technical concerns appropriately and coordinate resolution through the Technical Services team.\nSupport installation planning and execution while acting as a central escalation point throughout delivery.\nIdentify gaps in customer-facing and internal project documentation and drive improvements.\nCustomer Training & Support\nCoordinate and deliver customer and partner training sessions as required.\nEnsure users are equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary for successful adoption of Uniguest solutions.\nProvide ongoing project-related communication and stakeholder updated throughout the implementation process.\nRelationship Management\nBuild strong working relationships with customers, AV partners, and internal stakeholders.\nProactively manage customer expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.\nSupport the successful delivery of projects to encourage customer retention, expansion opportunities, and repeat business.\nTravel as required to support strategic customer deployments, key installations, project escalations, training activities, and other business needs.\nExperience & Skills\nExperience with IPTV solutions and associated network infrastructure.\nKnowledge of digital signage platforms and deployments.\nStrong understanding of audio visual (AV) technologies and industry practices.\nExperience working with enterprise technology implementations.\nStrong organisational and project coordination skills.\nProcess-driven with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records.\nAttention to detail with a proactive and solution focused approach.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and drive teams towards shared deadlines.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nConfident presenter, capable of delivering customer facing sessions and project updates.\nExcellent listening, negotiation and de-escalation skills.\nAdaptable and flexible in approach when working with customers, partners, and internal teams.\nAbility to identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation plans.\nAbility to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.\nRequired Qualifications\nProject Management / PMO Certification is desirable.\nWhat We Offer\nSupportive leadership team that rewards initiative and success.\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP).\nEmployee Referral Bonus Program.\nProfessional Development & Training Reimbursement Program. \nPotential for advancement opportunities.\nPerformance bonuses.\nEmployee Recognition Rewards Program.\n*Benefits package will depend on your position, location and other eligibility requirements.\nAbout Uniguest\nUniguest is the global leader in providing highly secure, fully managed customer-facing technology solutions on an outsourced basis to the hospitality, senior living, specialty retail, education, and corporate sectors.
