guidance on policies, protocols, and risk management for council events.\nEC: Craft internal communications for engagement events (emails, posters, Viva Engage posts, announcements).\nPartner with Corporate Communications or EC Comms for branding and dissemination.\nEnsure employees receive timely, clear, and engaging information.\nKeep track budget, quotations, contract, liquidations in relation to the events\nMaintain database of suppliers, facilitators and logistics partners\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Communications, or related field\nBackground in organizational development, employee engagement, or wellness programs is an advantage\nExperience\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, or People & Culture roles\nProven experience in planning and executing ER initiatives, including:\nEmployee wellness programs\nSports and recreational activities\nLearning workshops, talks, and employee events\nPrograms involving employees’ families and dependents\nExperience supporting company-wide culture-building and engagement campaigns\nExposure to working with cross-functional teams (HR, Admin, Communications, Facilities, vendors)\nEmployee Relations & Engagement Expertise\nStrong understanding of employee engagement drivers, workplace morale, and well-being\nAbility to design, coordinate, and roll out:\nPhysical, mental, and emotional wellness initiatives\nSports fests, team-building activities, and social events\nTalks, workshops, and seminars for employees and dependents\nExperience supporting culture, values, and employer branding initiatives\nCore Skills & Competencies\nStrong program management and coordination skills\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nCreative and resourceful in designing engaging activities within budget\nStrong stakeholder coordination skills (employees, leaders, vendors,
