The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate general ledger records, performing account reconciliations, supporting monthly closings, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.\nWhat you will do:\nMaintain accurate records in the General Ledger and ensure timely posting of all transactions\nPrepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjustments\nPerform monthly account reconciliations and variance analyses\nAssist in the monthly and year-end closing processes considering tight deadlines\nSupport preparation of financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS)\nSupport internal and external audits requests;\nCollaborate proactively with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Tax teams.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields\n2-5 years proven experience in General Ledger or similar accounting roles in multinational companies\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS) and experience in Reporting (1-3 years)\nProficiency in ERP systems (CEGID; TAGETIK; D365)\nIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, etc)\nFluent English, both written and spoken\nFamiliarity with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 practice is mandatory, experience with Tagetik is preferred, CEGID is a plus)\nAttention to detail and a proactive mindset, autonomous and team spirit.\nWhat will make you successful\nA strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and suppliers\nA proactive mindset, with a willingness to identify issues and drive process improvements\nA customer-service orientation when supporting internal and external stakeholders\nEagerness to learn and grow\nBenefits\nWhy join us?\nJoin a collaborative and international finance team where your work has a direct impact on the business.
