Escalate the findings to management & ensure to mitigate risks to avoid its reoccurrences.\nProvide training as required on risk assessment, risk management system, process safety, tools and techniques.\nEnsure accountability for corrective and preventative action (CAPA) development for each major and critical observation arising from any audit, and ensure that monitoring of progress against these actions takes place on at least a quarterly basis.\nTo provide SHE technical input for new capital projects, change management and new production introductions.\nExpected Delivery\nTo prepare SHE Strategy for the site in line with corporate SHE Plan for Excellence\nTo co-ordinate setting of SHE objectives for the site\nTo support preparation and updation of SHE procedures / standards as per the SHE guidelines for the site\nTo plan, and control all Environment, Safety & Health related activities on a regular basis to ensure compliance of statutory requirements and company standards.\nExposure of water ETP & WTP operations\nCompetent in the interpretation of data and regulations and the assessment of risk and ability to convert to performance management scorecards\nKey Behavioral Competencies Required\nCreating Business Solutions :\nMust be able to exhibit a sense of urgency with lean thinking to optimize the men, machine, and material by using lean sigma tools for efficient shift handling.\nPlan for future for new technologies to improve process capability and plant availability\nStrong influencing skills at senior levels.\nAbility to lead and deliver sustainable solutions\nInfluence & Communication:\nGood inter-personal skills and effective communication skills.\nAbility to deal with Complexity.\nAbility to lead people for smooth functioning with timely inputs.\nInnovation & Creative Thinking\nDrive the change for implementing Vision Factory fundamentals\nStrong verbal and written communication and presentation skills\nExperience/Knowledge/Technical Skills Required\nQualification & Experience\nGraduate in Engineering and Diploma in Industrial Safety Or Graduate in Engineering/ Post Graduation / PG Diploma in Environmental Sciences Or Graduate in Engineering and Post Graduation in Safety & Environment\nAbout 10 years of experience.\nKnowledge\nThorough knowledge of industry practices in Safety and Environment management\nKnowledge on Effluent Treatment Plant operations.\nKnowledge of Statutory Requirements on EHS, ISO -
