The transaction remains subject to consultation, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions with a targeted deal close of mid-2027.\nMain Job Purpose:\nThe Channel Development Manager - HYBRID is responsible for driving growth and execution across both the HORECA and Route-to-Market (RTM) channels, including Supermarket and Wholesalers, within the assigned territory. This role also leads distributor management, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring excellence in execution across the market.\nBy leveraging the strength of our diverse brand portfolio, the Channel Development Manager delivers customer-centric solutions that address the evolving needs of distributors and customers while driving sustainable business growth.\nWhat Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:\nDeliver Business Targets of the total area for HORECA and RTM accounts (Secondary Sales ) \nExecute Local and National Marketing Plans (Innovation, Activations and Campaigns) for both Channels. \nRelationship Building and Account Management by conducting regular customer engagements to strengthen relationship with accounts. Implement contact and menu matrix across all accounts handled \nExecute AVA (Availability, Visibility, Activation) principles in handled account \nWork with Distributor Sales Representative, Distributor owners and DT personnel in ensuring they adhere to UL Standards. \nDelivering Results through People by working with field merchandising team to ensure efficient store operations \nPlan and execute growth initiatives both in retail and food service aspects of the business via cross functional engagements and stakeholder management \nCollaborate with support functions to provide operators with services and solutions (ideation, masterclass, cooking demo, trend sharing and others) \nExperiences & Qualifications \nWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED\nAt least 2 years experience in Account Management \nLeadership skills to directly handle Distributors with Fully operational skills on DT Operations, DT Salesmen management, DT Profitability, AR, Business waste and Customer Service Excellence \nStrong Negotiation skills \nWilling to be assigned in Cebu\nAmenable to do fieldwork in Cebu\nUnilever embraces diversity and encourages applicates from all walks of life!
