Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams in Belgium and the Netherlands, you will monitor performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate information into practical recommendations.\nThis role offers the opportunity to build your analytical expertise, develop your business understanding and make a visible impact in an international and collaborative environment.\nKey responsibilities\nPartner with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into practical data, reporting and analytical solutions.\nRetrieve, clean, structure and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability.\nAnalyse complex datasets using appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, risks and growth opportunities.\nTurn analysis into actionable insights and recommendations that support business decision-making and continuous improvement.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, visualisations and reports, with a strong focus on Power BI.\nSupport the development and maintenance of databases, data collection processes and reporting solutions.\nMonitor business performance and key indicators, highlighting opportunities for improvement.\nPresent insights clearly and confidently, making complex information accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nWork closely with management and cross-functional teams, including Agile squads, to prioritise business and information needs.\nRequired qualifications\nExperience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting or another role involving the interpretation of complex datasets.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.\nExperience working with databases, data extraction, data preparation and visualisation tools.\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into accurate, relevant and user-friendly analytical solutions.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data, insights and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.\nProactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and identify opportunities for improvement.\nFluency in English and either Dutch or French.\nWillingness to travel between Belgium and the Netherlands according to business needs.\nPreferred qualifications\nUp to approximately 5 years of relevant experience, including experience gained in a junior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence or similar analytical role.\nExperience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.\nKnowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and/or predictive analytics.\nExperience in a B2B environment, preferably within foodservice, hospitality, consumer goods or a related industry.\nCuriosity about emerging technologies, data and digital innovation.\nWork location and conditions\nThe role can be based in Brussels (CityDox office) or Rotterdam (Hofplein office) and operates in a hybrid working model.
