Our concentrate recipes are manufactured in Ireland and supplied to bottling partners around the world.\nWe are looking for a highly organised and delivery-focused Global Technical Coordinator to coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Globally Harmonized System (GHS) labelling process across our global portfolio.\nSitting within R&D, you will independently plan and deliver your responsibilities while working closely with product developers, Supply Chain, Quality, Customer Service and external regulatory specialists. You will coordinate inputs and decisions, communicate priorities clearly, manage external providers and ensure compliant documentation is delivered accurately and on time.\nThis role will suit someone who has project management experience and enjoys bringing structure to complex work, connecting people across functions and geographies, and turning fragmented information into reliable processes. They will bring a detective mindset - curious, questioning and driven to uncover the detail.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nBe accountable for the end-to-end SDS/GHS process, from initial request through to approval, distribution, and storage.\nManage multiple requests, priorities, milestones, risks, and delivery dates.\nCoordinate day-to-day delivery and performance withexternal SDS and regulatory service providers, monitoringquality, cost, and timing and escalating issues to the accountable contract owner.\nReview documents for accuracy, compliance, and version control before approval, coordinate specialist input where hazard classification decisions are required.\nMaintain controlled document libraries, trackers, and clear status reporting.\nCoordinate applicable Unique Formula Identifier (UFI), Poison Centre Notification and country-registration activities.\nIdentify compliance risks early, escalate in a timely manner, and coordinate corrective action.\nImprove workflows, guidance, checklists and ways of working across the end-to-end process.\nSupport supplier annual reviews, supplier selection and contract negotiation.\nALL ABOUT YOU\nStrong organisation and project-coordination skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality and data accuracy.\nThe ability to manage competing priorities and introduce structure into complex processes.\nConfident communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nA proactive, curious approach, with the judgement to ask questions and involve the right experts.\nExperience managing technical documents, regulated records, specifications or labels.\nExperience coordinating external providers or working across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality or Manufacturing, including monitoring delivery and contributing to supplier reviews.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership, and communicate proactively.\nA degree or equivalent experience in science, regulatory affairs, quality, health and safety or another relevant discipline would be helpful.
