With earned expertise in processing and/or packing, s/he will also lead project networks, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure products / new technology are launched on time.\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nChange Management\nLead and ensure execution of the VIP programs category\nEnsure trials is executed based on the trial plan and provide trial report for SU-led projects\nPrepare and monitor project networks for SU-led projects\nCAPEX Management\nSupport in drafting CAPEX for SU related projects\nMonitors CAPEX progress status\nInnovation Projects\nSupports early equipment management (EEM) and early product management (EPM) pillar to ensure vertical start-up of innovations and projects.\nEnsure trial is executed based on the trial plan\nDocument keeping for all project-related document e.g. technical risk assessment, batch sheets\nEnsure alignment of BOM and batch sheets/ visual guides.\nAdmin\nCompliance to company COBP, CR&R\nCompliance to the GMP and GHK rules of the plant\nFocused Improvement\nParticipates in Focused Improvement activities\nExecutes agreed Focused Improvement actions\nRaises improvement activities (OFI) and OPL\nValidates results and effectiveness of Focused Improvement activities via real time observations\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED\nGraduate of any engineering course (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical), or any technical course related to manufacturing.\nGood knowledge of process and technology/equipment associated with an FMCG company.\nKnowledge and experience in Quality in innovation for manufacturing including statistical analysis and process control, supplier assessment and capabilities, risk assessment for raw materials/ packing materials/ formulations and validation of in-house and co-making operations.\nAble to prepare machine/process stream specifications and machinery project management networks.\nGood understanding of the materials conversion processes.\nHas specific skills in AUTOCAD/Solid works - which can help on the equipment re-layouts and technical design discussions.\nDetailed process person who has at least basic know how on TPM, WCM, Six sigma and UMS\nAmenable to work in General Trias, Cavite\nWe highly encourage applicants to exclude information on age, gender, and school/s in view of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
