Have the opportunity to see the true impact that you’re having in the work you do - every small thing counts.\nWhat Will Be Your Main Responsibilities:\n- Develop, review, and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.\n- Monitor PM compliance and ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.\n- Manage critical spare parts inventory, stock levels, and Replenishment.\n- Analyze equipment failures and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.\n- Track and report maintenance KPIs including Breakdown %, PM Compliance, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.\n- Support shutdown planning and major maintenance activities.\n- Develop maintenance standards, SOPs, and technical documentation.\n- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce losses.\n- Collaborate with Production, Quality, SHE, and Engineering teams to improve asset performance.\nWhat You Need to Succed\nExperiences & Qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.\n- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within FMCG or manufacturing environments.\n- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and spare parts management.\n- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.\n- Experience with CMMS is preferred.\n- Utilities systems knowledge (Steam, Compressed Air, Refrigeration, Water -Treatment, etc.) is a plus.\nKey Competencies\n- Mechanical Elements Expertise\n- Spare Parts Management\n- Pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge \n- Problem Solving\n- Continuous Improvement\n- Communication & Teamwork\nUnilever embraces diversity and encourages applicants from all walks of life!
