JOB PURPOSE

In this role you will be part of the Marketing - Consumer Insights Team, which is responsible for Consumer and Market research data services. Managing agencies end-to-end, including contracting, annual negotiations, and strategic tool rollouts. In parallel you will act as first point of contact for queries in your area of responsibility. This environment creates opportunities for each team member to step into projects that fit with their skills and personal preferences.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • To lead the Consumer Insights portfolio sourcing strategy for Americas and be accountable for its implementation on the region, as well as to ensure that the global strategy is properly deployed across the respective markets.
  • Own and lead strategic supplier and commercial negotiations across Americas -Consumer Insights portfolio, representing approximately 35% total portfolio spend, to deliver sustainable value, strengthen supplier partnerships, and drive competitive advantage
  • Drive portfolio transformation through supplier ecosystem optimisation, AI-enabled solutions, and data & analytics innovations, identifying opportunities to simplify the supplier landscape, increase competition, and unlock new sources of value for the business
  • To manage and lead daily portfolio operations and sourcing processes within the Insights scope.
  • To Identify and deliver value adding sourcing activities and deliver cash through payment term extensions that ensure we achieve our business and procurement targets. Implementation and tracking of savings and cash, reporting and improving key performance indicators.
  • Partner with senior leadership in CMI, BGs, Finance, and Marketing to shape the agenda and influence demand, investment decisions, and portfolio evolution.
  • Drive governance, risk management, and compliance across the Consumer Insights portfolio, ensuring adherence to procurement policies, data privacy standards, and contractual frameworks.
  • Be a strong business partner with all key stakeholders to maintain trust and add value to the business. Act as first point of contact for relevant agency procurement related questions. Ensure the satisfaction of stakeholders with the services provided within your portfolio while ensuring compliancy of business users to procurement policies and contracts.
  • Delivering business growth and bottom-line impact. Key deliverables include savings and cash delivery, ROI, demand management, and cost avoidance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, performance management, capability building, and succession planning.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced English written and verbal communication.
  • Experience and knowledge of indirect procurement or marketing procurement.
  • Experience in negotiating large-scale, high-complexity contracts.
  • Ability to set direction, prioritize workloads, and build capabilities across the team.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance long-term strategic thinking and short-term execution needs.
  • Understanding of emerging trends in analytics, data platforms and AI-driven methodologies will be a strong differentiatior.
