Reporting individual would be required to Manage Global submissions within communicated timelines. This role is also key in driving the Information &Analytics digital agenda within finance.\nWHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE\nEnsure accurate and timeous preparation and submission of of analysis of monthly/quarterly results and forecast reports to Global reporting UniOps team\nProactively initiate develop and maintain effective working relationships with business partners (Global, ZALT, FET and InA fellow team members.\nMaintain library of historical data and submissions. \nMaintain and ensure alignment across all reporting systems SAP, BW, GCUT and Ifinance \nCreate and maintain process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for global reports. \nUnderstand how to clean and organize data for analysis.\nAutomate standard reports in line with efficiency mandate.\nBusiness partner Southern Africa director on all reporting matters.\nUpdate financials on Income statement commentary file for variance analysis\n\nI&A\nMember of the simplification/ automation committee to help drive and land the Finance Digital Agenda\nPartner with the business including I&A and offshore teams including the team in Bangalore to accelerate digital, RPA and other cognitive capabilities.\nReporting\nResponsible for accurate submissions to Global reporting team ; Actuals and forecast, maintaining a good reporting score for each of the below reports:\nFlash Turnover\nV200 actual reports\nTWC actuals\nDaily sales build report\nCMI reports - Nielsen\nV220 Customer\nV540 GMVA actuals\nForecast GMVA\nTWC forecast (working capital)\nMonthly Forecast P&L\nTimeous commentary for all above reports to be provided to APM team as\nwell as Global reporting team every month.\nExperiences & Qualifications\nFinance Degree with 3-5 years relevant experience\nExcellent problem solving skills\nAbility to work collaboratively with key stakeholders\nNatural bias for action , high levels of self-assurance and shows resilience and belief in own ability to achieve goals\nAbility to influence without authority in a matrix organization\nStrong Analytical skills and ability to communicate analytical findings both verbally (in meetings) and in written form (through formal presentations)\nStrong initiative and ability to work independently\nAbility to work under pressure and late hour over the month end reporting period\nSAP, GCUT, Ifinance experience\nUnilever Behaviors\nCare Deeply: We care deeply about how consumers experience our brands every day, everywhere; about our people’s growth and development, and our impact on the planet.
