(eg. Confined Spaces, Working at Heights, Management of Contractors, Electrical Standards, Machine Guarding etc)\n\nThe ability to be able to work with a high degree of autonomy with minimum supervision\n\nThe ability to use data to determine trends and action plans\n\nPrevious experience with Manufacturing Unionized Workforces\n\nLeadership Behaviours Should \"meet expectations\" on the Standards of Leadership behaviours relevant to the WL of this job.\nGrowth Mindset - ambitious, ability to drive change in safety culture and show continuous improvement.
