Si eres responsable de proveer técnicas, conocimientos y mecanismos que contribuyan a salvaguardar la integridad del personal, de las instalaciones y del medio ambiente de modo que: Contribuyas a lograr los objetivos de Negocio establecidos en su Equipo de Trabajo y al Desarrollo de la Capacidad Organizacional del mismo ¡entonces este rol es sólo para ti!\nPRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES\nAsegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares y procedimientos de seguridad en planta. \nConocer a fondo y aplicar en piso el sistema de gestión de Unilever UMS . \nReportando y resolviendo cualquier desviación con respecto a los estándares, a través del análisis de las tarjetas reportadas y de los AI y CI reportados \nGarantizar recorridos de seguridad en piso y reportar y buscar la solución de cada anomalía reportada en planta \nGarantizar la implementación del estándares de Seguridad como PSM, CPE, MHE , MS , requerimientos generales. \nProveer capacitaciones en materia de seguridad a personal empleado y contratista \nAdministrar el sistema de gestión de contratistas. \n¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?\nExperiencia\n1 -2 años como supervisor de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente o similar dentro de ambientes de manufactura o plantas productivas FMCG.\nConocimiento y experiencia de los sistemas de gestión UMS, STPS,PSM, Control de contratistas, liberaciones de permisos de trabajo \nInglés intermedio\nPaquetería Office \nHabilidades\n\nConocimientos básicos sobre Pirámide de Heinrich/Henry, Curva de Bradley, SBO, actos inseguros y condiciones inseguras.\nConocimiento básico de trabajos de alto riesgo. No se requiere un nivel avanzado para esta posición entry level.\nConocimientos básicos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.\nConocimiento de normativa básica de seguridad.\nConocimiento básico de física y química\nConocimiento básico en ERA \nNice to have:\nManejo de Power Apps.\nInterés y conocimientos en herramientas digitales.\nLiderazgo\nTrabajo en equipo \nPurpose & Service \nPasión por el alto desempeño \nDetalles adicionales:\nExperiencia inicial en Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (SHE).
