# Shift Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE This role exists for someone who coordinates the team activities to achieve plant safety, quality and production goals. Facilitates teamwork and helps build an effective work relationship with other shifts. Supports members in team coordinator roles, helps resolve operational and personnel issues, supports the training certification process and resolves staffing resource issues. Manage daily production issues, line efficiency improvements, communicating and enforcing policy and procedural compliance and assuring effective use of temporary workforce and be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate activities of production staff during the shift: Process / Operation, Start Up / Shutdown Procedure and Oversees the safe and efficient start-up and shutdown of the factory Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management.
