Disponibilidad para rolar turnos y trabajar fines de semana.No aplica bono de reubicación nacional o internacional.\nPROPÓSITO DEL ROL:\nAsegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la planta en materia de seguridad, calidad, costo y servicio, a través de la correcta ejecución de la metodología de mejora continua en el día a día, sirviendo como vínculo entre fábrica y áreas de soporte.\nPRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:\n· Cumplimiento al plan de producción siguiendo los lineamientos de seguridad y calidad.\n· Asistencia y participación en las sesiones de FOS.\n· Asegurar capacitacion de personal, realizar el rol de turnos del personal a cargo así como la gestión de sus incidencias en sistema Eslabon\n· Actualización de la HR APP\n· Dar seguimiento al plan de prevención de mantenimiento de los equipos.\n· Marcar la pauta con el Cell Lider sobre las necesidades del área.\n· Asegurar cumplimiento de controles de Calidad del personal de línea (CRQS & PQS)\n· Asegurar cumplimiento de lineamiento, indicadores y campañas de de seguridad\n· Asegurar cumplimiento de lineamientos e indicadores de de ambiente\n· Coordinar con equipos de mantenimiento la reparación de quiebras\n· Coordinar actividades diarias con equipo de almacén\nEXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA:\n· Ingeniería Industrial o ingeniería afín\n· De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares dentro de manufactura)\n· Experiencia trabajando directamente en planta / líneas de producción, no solamente en roles administrativos en FMCG o multinacional\n· Experiencia en liderazgo y manejo de personal.\n· Conocimiento de Lean Manufacturing y procesos de fabricación.\n· Conocimiento de seguridad y calidad\nCONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS\nSistemas fundamentales: SHE, Calidad y Control Interno.\nPaquetería Office nivel intermedio (Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365).
