Trabajarás de manera cercana con los equipos de Marketing, Customer Strategy & Planning, Trade Marketing y equipos de Campo, así como con clientes y agencias externas, para fortalecer la experiencia del shopper y garantizar una ejecución efectiva en el punto de venta. \nPRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES\nDiseñar, coordinar y ejecutar activaciones en punto de venta alineadas con la estrategia de las categorías y marcas.\nCoordinar el deployment de innovaciones, asegurando una correcta implementación en los diferentes puntos de venta.\nGestionar los procesos relacionados con packs y gifting.\nAdministrar el presupuesto de Trade relacionado con la compra de insumos y materiales para punto de venta.\nCoordinar y controlar la producción de materiales POP.\nGestionar proyectos de renovación y actualización de mobiliario utilizado en puntos de venta.\nDesarrollar y coordinar capacitaciones dirigidas a la fuerza de ventas para fortalecer la ejecución de las iniciativas comerciales.\nRealizar salidas al trade para monitorear la ejecución, identificar oportunidades y comprender las necesidades de clientes y shoppers.\nDesarrollar criterios de ejecución considerando las necesidades de los diferentes canales.\nGestionar y mantener información relacionada con Trade History.\nCoordinar el diseño y actualización de catálogos.\nParticipar y liderar proyectos de savings orientados a optimizar recursos y mejorar la eficiencia de las iniciativas.\nTrabajar de manera colaborativa con Marketing, Customer Strategy & Planning, Trade Marketing, equipos de Campo, clientes externos y agencias para asegurar una ejecución consistente de las estrategias. \nEXPERIENCIA Y CALIFICACIONES\nRequisitos indispensables\nEstudios universitarios concluidos o en curso en Marketing, Publicidad, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.\nCapacidad analítica para interpretar información y utilizarla en la ejecución de iniciativas en punto de venta.\nManejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office.\nCapacidad para coordinar iniciativas y trabajar con diferentes equipos internos y externos.\nHabilidades de comunicación interpersonal.\nPerfil proactivo, organizado y orientado al detalle.\nCapacidad para ejecutar acciones de mejora y dar seguimiento a diferentes proyectos simultáneamente. \nRequisitos deseables\nAl menos 1 año de experiencia en posiciones similares.\nConocimiento o experiencia utilizando SAP.\nConocimiento o experiencia utilizando Power BI.\nExperiencia relacionada con activaciones en punto de venta, ejecución comercial o iniciativas de Trade Marketing.\nExperiencia trabajando con agencias, clientes o equipos comerciales. \nUnilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
