Purpose of the Job

Competitive buying, sustainable sourcing and building purpose-led partnerships for Logistics services (Warehousing, Transportation) in Vietnam.

Key Accountabilities

You are expected to deliver on the key matrices of World class service, Competitive Cost and Sustainable sourcing by:

· Understanding market conditions as well as forecasting future markets trends.

· Co-creating and implementing Procurement strategies for your portfolio.

· Planning and executing Procurement Decisions of who to buy from, how to buy, when to buy.

· Working closely with Internal Operations team and External Supply Partners to drive key initiatives.

· Troubleshooting Supply Chain issues (e.g. Crisis Management).

· Identifying and implementing tools and processes to optimize sourcing practices.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain Management OR Master’s degree with specialisation in Procurement/Supply Chain and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

· Relevant experience in Logistics Services industry, or Procurement of such, will be preferable.

· Portfolio Strategy Development.

· Strong negotiation skills and analytical skills.

· Strategic Supplier Partnerships.

· Financial analysis and reporting.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.

· SAP and digital sourcing platforms knowledge (advantage).

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good command of English.
