# Quality Engineer

Description Position Summary: The Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting Quality Management system in collaboration with other employees, suppliers and customers, leading resolution of quality issues in plastics blow molding machines, which consist of mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulics, electrical, electronics and software components, working with and/or lead cross-functional teams in resolution of product and process nonconformities by root cause analysis, planning and driving to completion action plans and engineering changes providing training and assure compliance with requirements, utilizing quality core tools and enforce quality management principles, supporting achievement of quality objectives and improvement of quality, safety and productivity. Duties and Responsibilities: Apply quality, operations, analytical, project management, and continuous improvement principles to support business objectives, improve operational performance, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Analyze quality, process, productivity, and operational performance data; identify trends and improvement opportunities; develop data-driven recommendations; and communicate findings
