With these accolades, we continue to grow and expand our employee community with people who are passionate about joining us on this exciting journey.\nJob Purpose\nAs we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we are looking for a Professional Services Implementation Consultant.\nThe Professional Services Implementation Consultant will serve as a product specialist delivering exceptional consulting services to our clients within their designated region (North America, EMEA). Reporting to the Professional Services Consulting Manager or Senior Manager, this role will be responsible for providing strategic consulting services, helping clients define requirements, and configuring and optimizing our software to achieve critical business goals. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, consultative skills, and strong client relationship management to drive positive customer outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical & Consultative Expertise\nProvide expert advice and solutions to clients on our products and features, as well as systems, software development, and business processes\nStay updated with the latest within our products and features, as well as broader technology trends and advancement\nApply technical knowledge to support clients in achieving their business objectives\nIdentify and resolve complex business or technical issues in partnership with the solutions Architect to ensure minimal disruption to the project\nConfigure and customize our solutions to meet client-specific requirements Client Engagement & Delivery\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships with all relevant stakeholders\nUnderstand client needs and provide support to deliver tailored solutions\nCommunicate effectively with clients, translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nRepresent the company professionally and demonstrate the value of our solutions\nDrive client adoption and ensure successful implementation of our solutions\nProject Support\nContribute to the management of projects from inception to completion\nEnsure timely delivery and adherence to budget in partnership with the Delivery Manager and client stakeholders\nBe able to apply project management methodologies to track progress and manage deliverables\nIdentify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project success\nManage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle\nDocumentation & Knowledge Sharing\nPrepare detailed reporting and presentations in partnership with the Delivery Manager for internal and client stakeholders\nClearly document agreed-upon solutions in partnership with the Solutions Architect\nCapture all relevant information for recurring technical needs\nCreate and maintain knowledge base articles and best practice guidelines\nContribute to the development of reusable assets and templates\nTeam Collaboration & Operational Adherence\nAdopt and help iterate on all processes, best practices and operational elements to ensure consistency\nWork effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions\nMentor and guide associate consultants where appropriate\nFoster a collaborative and productive work environment\nShare knowledge and expertise with team members\nSupport the Professional Services Consulting Manager in achieving team objectives\nQualifications\nExperience\n4+ years of experience in technical or business consulting or a related field\nHistory of successful client engagement and solution delivery\nExperience with enterprise software implementation and configuration or professional services\nBackground in applying structured methodologies for service delivery\nExperience working in cross-functional project teams\nTechnical Skills\nIn-depth knowledge of the solutions being implemented or leveraged (Subject Matter Expert)\nStrong understanding of other technical systems and integrations\nFamiliarity with software development processes and practices\nExperience with configuration and customization of enterprise software\nUnderstanding of data models and business process workflows\nFamiliarity with UX/UI design principles\nConsultative Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nAbility to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions\nExperience translating business requirements into technical solutions\nStrong data analysis and interpretation skills\nCreative and critical thinking abilities\nProject Management Skills\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nExperience in scope management and handling changing requirements\nAbility to track progress and report on deliverables\nCommunication & Client Management\nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities\nStrong presentation and documentation skills\nAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nExperience building and maintaining strong client relationships\nUnderstanding of client business processes and requirements\nAdditional Skills\nStrong business acumen with understanding of industry trends\nAbility to align technical solutions with business goals\nAdaptability to quickly learn new technologies and processes\nTeam collaboration and interpersonal skills\nSelf-motivation and ability to work independently when needed\nProficiency in German is preferable\nEducation & Certifications\nBachelor's degree;
