You will lead the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise-level access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems in commercial environments. As the senior technical resource on job sites, you'll lead small crews, interface directly with clients, and ensure every project meets industry standards and customer expectations.\nDuties\nInstall, configure, troubleshoot, and repair electronic access control systems including card readers, electronic strikes, maglocks, REX devices, door sensors, PTE buttons, and control boards.\nInstall and service commercial video surveillance systems including IP cameras, NVRs, and supporting network infrastructure.\nInstall, program, and maintain intrusion detection and alarm systems.\nProgram and configure security platforms including Avigilon Alta, Rhombus, Avigilon Unity, and DMP.\nUnderstand relay logic and integrate access control, intrusion, low-voltage power, and network systems.\nInstall cable support systems (j-hooks, ladder rack) and perform structured cabling and data terminations.\nRead and interpret floor plans, blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and cut sheets.\nMaintain accurate records of installations, services, and repairs in compliance with safety and quality standards.\nUse of hand and power tools in both new construction and finished residential and commercial environments.\nDemonstrate a commitment to continuous learning\nQualification\n5+ years of hands-on experience installing and servicing commercial access control, video surveillance, or intrusion systems.\nProficiency with access control door hardware including electronic strikes, maglocks, REX, sensors, and control panels.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical documentation, and operational manuals.\nAble to distinguish color codes.\nMust be able to work on ladders and use power tools.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\nComfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, man lifts, or in confined spaces at heights up to 60 feet.\nValid driver's license and clean driving record.\nBenefits\n401K Company Match - 4%\nHealth Insurance Premiums 100% Company Paid\nUnited Health Care, Guardian Dental, Guardian Vision, Guardian Life Insurance\nPTO - 80 Hours Per Year (Year 1)\nCompany Paid for Options for Continued Educations, Certifications, & Trainings\nOur Core Values\nDream Big, Then Make it Real\nWe flex our imagination and challenge ourselves to a higher standard.
