Read more in our Press Release\nAs a Maintenance Technician IV, your primary responsibility is to serve as a subject matter expert in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role plays a critical part in driving equipment reliability, leading complex problem-solving efforts, and supporting strategic maintenance and operational initiatives within a Factories-as-a-Stockpile environment. You will be expected to perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of CNC machines, forging presses, conveyors, and automated systems\nLead advanced diagnostics, repair, and optimization of complex manufacturing systems including CNC machines, forging presses, and automated production equipment\n\nServe as the primary technical resource for resolving critical equipment failures and downtime events\n\nAnalyze maintenance and equipment data to identify trends and drive reliability improvements\n\nDevelop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs\n\nSupport design, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and facility systems\n\nLead cross-functional efforts with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve equipment performance\n\nProvide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to maintenance personnel across all levels\n\nSupport implementation and troubleshooting of PLC and control systems\n\nEnsure compliance with all safety standards, including lockout/tagout and OSHA requirements\n\nAssist in capital planning, spare parts strategy, and maintenance process improvements\n\nSupport audits, documentation, and regulatory compliance activities\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, efficiency, and cost reduction\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nSkills and Preferred Knowledge\nExpert-level troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems\n\nStrong experience with CNC, forging, and automated manufacturing equipment\n\nAdvanced knowledge of PLC systems, controls, and automation\n\nDeep understanding of reliability engineering and maintenance strategies\n\nAbility to analyze data and drive process improvements\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills\n\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification strongly preferred)\n\n10+ years of progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing\n\nDemonstrated leadership in complex troubleshooting and system optimization\n\nExperience with advanced automation and control systems\n\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
