Read more in our Press Release\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and qualify robust industrial processes for defense-grade steel forgings, ensuring first article compliance with defense standards.\n\nPerform first article inspections (FAI) and process validations to deliver battle-ready products.\n\nUse CpK/PpK statistical analysis and tools (8D, 5-Why) to ensure process capability and stability.\n\nApply SPC and stats tools (Minitab, Excel, R-Shiny) to maintain tight process control.\n\nLeverage expertise in metal processing, including heat treating and chemical coatings,\nto meet defense specifications.\n\nUtilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and eliminate\ninefficiencies.\n\nPartner with operations, quality, safety and engineering teams on short term and long term improvement efforts\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nUS Person - Must be a US Citizen or green card holder\n\nEducation: Bachelor’s in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy,\nMaterials Science, or Chemical Engineering.\n\nExperience: 3-5+ years in process engineering; working in processes for defense, aerospace, or complex manufacturing/assembly; experience with first article inspections is a plus.\n\nTechnical Skills: CpK/PPK analysis, SPC, RCCA tools (8D, 5-Why), JMP and Python.\n\nWork Style: Hands-on, on the floor problem solving, team support\n\nSoft Skills: Strong communicator;
