or similar agent development frameworks.\nGood understanding of prompt engineering.\nAbility to write effective instructions for agents and define agent behaviors.\nExperience with agentic flows / orchestration patterns.\nWorking knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).\nExperience with RAG techniques.\nFamiliarity with MLflow or similar ML lifecycle tooling.\nExposure to LangGraph or graph-based orchestration frameworks.\nGood understanding of Agile / Agile team ways of working.\nStrong debugging, problem-solving, and Python coding skills.\nGood to have:\nExperience in big data ecosystems.\nHands-on experience with PySpark.\nA complementary secondary skill aligned to the primary AI/Python skillset, such as data engineering, cloud, or MLOps.\nExposure to scalable data processing pipelines.\nFamiliarity with deploying AI workloads in enterprise
