more.\nRole Purpose\nThe primary responsibility of this role is to manage and grow relationships with key partners, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution, and long-term collaboration.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.\n\nRespond promptly to partner requests and resolve issues related to system usage and integrations.\n\nAnalyse partner needs and provide training on company products.\n\nOptimise business processes for client and partner management.\n\nCommunicate with internal teams to resolve incidents and ensure client satisfaction.\n\nPrepare and deliver regular reports on account activity and performance.\n\nMaintain consistent communication with partners via email, phone, and online channels (Skype, messengers, etc.).\n\nWhat We Expect from You\n3+ years of experience as an account manager, business partner, or in client management roles within IT, fintech, or web development projects.\n\nProven experience in managing or launching large IT systems and projects.\n\nStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal (Upper-Intermediate or higher).\n\nAttention to detail and the ability to work independently on complex issues.\n\nProactive approach, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to facilitate and improve business
