The Program associate will be a key point of contact for clients on a day to day basis and will interact regularly with the cross functional team to ensure all program metrics remain on track.\nThis role provides the opportunities to learn the fundamentals of EAP Program management for individuals looking to progress into a Program Management role or develop their careers within the wider Uniphar Pharma business\nResponsibilities:\nMaintaining and updating project plans and ensuring the Program is running to time and schedule\nUndertakes all aspects of Client onboarding administration liaising with colleagues in quality, finance and legal to ensure all activities are in place prior to program go live\nOrganizes weekly client calls including working with the Program Manager to set clear meeting agendas, note taking and timely provision of minutes and actions to clients\nSupports with day to day client queries and escalates and follows up internally to ensure appropriate and timely answers are provided\nWorks closely with the Program co-ordinator team to track and understand the status of HCP enquires, requests and orders.
