Responsibilities:\nSystems Administration:Manage and support on-premises and cloud-based systems.\nInstall, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including servers, storage, and networking system administration tasks using PowerShell\n\nCollaboration & Support:Provide support for escalated issues from Internal Team Members and outsourced L1/L2 Provider\nCollaborate with developers, network administrators, and other IT staff to optimise and streamline infrastructure.\nDocument system configurations, processes, and procedures for IT staff and end-users.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience as a Senior Systems Administrator or similar role.\nStrong knowledge of Windows systems.\nIn-depth Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).\nExperience with networking and diagnosing issues relating to (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.)\nHands-on experience scripting using PowerShell.\nExperience with disaster recovery planning and execution.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices and security management (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).\nAbility to work in a hybrid environment with strong time management skills.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues.\nParticipate in on-call rota\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMicrosoft Server and Azure Certifications advantageous.\nExperience with containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools (SCOM, Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Azure
