This rich diversity fuels our business and enriches our culture.\nObjective\nBe available across a 24/5 shift pattern\nProficiently utilise multiple systems applications to drive the operational performance of the site.\nOrder release management into the warehouse pick environment\nReal time troubleshooting\nMonitoring the Execution of the Wave Management process\nMonitoring of replenishments\nAdhere/ Chasing of pick sequencing/ routes\nResponsible for the outbound process to ensure customer orders are dispatched \nWarehouse queries: coordination of emergency orders/ route progress\nAd hoc reporting as required by the operational needs of the business\nEscalation management\nInbound monitoring of data to ensure there are no operational issues\nMAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nOverseeing planning of all Warehouse orders to ensure that departure times are kept\nCompleting Hourly and Daily reports to document Shift performance\nCo-ordinating replenishments for the just in time model to ensure stock is available in high speed picking areas\nCo-ordinating Customer Requests, cancellation of orders or modification of orders\nCreating plans to deal with scheduled operation downtime and understanding the effects of this downtime\nRaising issues with external and external vendors\nEscalation of issues through documented escalation procedure\nIdentifying areas of improvement in day-to-day Operations\nQUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED\nMinimum HonorsDegree in an Engineering discipline\n3- 4 years prior Process engineering experience\nExperience in the Pharma/FMCG sectors an advantage\nLean six sigma qualification an advantage\nCompetencies of the successful candidate\nAttention to detail\nResults orientated\nStrongnumerical & analytical skills\nAbility to learn new systems quickly\nAbility to see problems as a challenge\nDevelop an in-depth understanding of the interaction between systems\nHave an ability to use multiple system applications\nBe a strong team player\nHave excellent timekeeping\nBe efficient with Microsoft Applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc..\nBe able to attend Warehouse for all shifts.
