This role demands a deep technical skillset, sharp solution thinking,and the ability to guide both customers and internal teams through complex, high-stakes AI projects.\nYou'renot just coding - you'resolving some of the most exciting challenges and problem solving in enterprise AI rollout, spanning enterprise datapipelines, multi-agentorchestration/workflowsand RAG/SLM finetuning.\nResponsibilities\nLead thetechnical solution designand implementation of large-scale Agentic and Knowledge AI solutions for key enterprise clients.\n\nAct as the primary technical point of contact during solution development and post-deployment optimization.\n\nOwn and execute projects end-to-end: from integration design to agent workflows and full-stack delivery.\n\nCustomize platform components as needed-integrating new APIs, building reusable tooling, or extending platform logic.\n\nCollaborate closelywith cross-functionalteams internallyand with customers to ensure solution success.\n\nProvide structured feedback to Platform Engineering and Product on feature gaps and customer pain points.\n\nContribute to technical best practices and accelerate solution delivery through reusable assets, frameworks, and documentation.\n\nChampion observability, monitoring, versioningand telemetry to ensure trustworthy and auditable AI agents.\n\nStay currenton RAG, LLM/SLMadvancements, Agentic AItooling, vector/graph databases,retrieval optimizations,multi-modal systems,evaluation frameworks, GPU/Infra trends, fine tuning techniques, security/guardrailsand broaderlandscape of Enterprise &Agentic AI.\n\nQualifications\nUndergraduate, master’s degree or Phdin Computer Science or Data Science\n\n4+ years of experience in engineering, with 2+ years in customer-facing or field roles.\n\nProven success building and deploying AI/ML or data-intensive applications in production.\n\nDeep full-stack development skills (Python, Node.js/Go, React/Vue) and DevOps experience (Docker, K8s, CI/CD).\n\nExpertisein building data pipelines and integrating with enterprise systems (REST, Python, SQL, GraphQL, Webhooks etc).\n\nSolid understandingof LLMs, Prompt engineering/tuning, VectorDBs (AstraDB, Pinecone, Weaviateetc), RAG pipelines (LlamaIndex, Haystack) and Agent/Workflow Orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)\n\nKnowledge of SLM Finetuning and Distillation is bigadvantage.\n\nExperience and knowledge of Agentic development platforms and experience building and deliveryenterprise agentic solutions is a huge advantage.\n\nAbility to translate ambiguous customer needs into actionable engineering plans.\n\nStrong leadership, mentoring, and project ownership abilities.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.\n\n Location preference:\nUK - LondonUniphore is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
