You will participate in the implementation, customization, and support of SAP Customer Experience solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality customer service and sales solutions.\nA strong command of German (minimum B2) is essential, as you will communicate directly with German-speaking customers and project teams.\nRequirements\nParticipate in SAP Service Cloud (SAP Sales & Service Cloud) implementation and enhancement projects\n\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CX solution designs\n\nConfigure SAP Service Cloud according to customer requirements\n\nCollaborate with functional consultants, developers, integration specialists, and business stakeholders\n\nSupport workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations\n\nPrepare functional specifications and documentation\n\nAssist with testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments\n\nProvide application support and resolve functional issues\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices\n\nSupport end-user training and knowledge transfer activities\n\nPersonality requirements\n2-5 years of experience working with SAP CX, preferably SAP Service Cloud (SSC)\n\nExperience with SAP Service Cloud configuration and customization\n\nUnderstanding of customer service and CRM business processes\n\nExperience participating in SAP implementation or rollout projects\n\nAbility to analyze business requirements and propose suitable solutions\n\nExperience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nFluent English (written and spoken)\n\nGerman language proficiency at minimum B2 level (mandatory)\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with SAP Sales Cloud\n\nKnowledge of SAP BTP\n\nExperience with SAP Integration Suite, CPI, or middleware integrations\n\nFamiliarity with SAP S/4HANA integration\n\nBasic understanding of REST APIs and web services\n\nSAP certifications in SAP CX or related technologies\n\nExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools\n\nTechnical Skills\nSAP Service Cloud (SSC)\n\nSAP CX Suite\n\nSAP Sales Cloud (advantage)\n\nSAP BTP (advantage)\n\nSAP Integration Suite / CPI (advantage)\n\nREST APIs\n\nSQL (basic knowledge is an advantage)\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical thinking\n\nProblem-solving mindset\n\nCustomer-oriented approach\n\nAbility to work independently and within international teams\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nWillingness to learn new SAP technologies\n\nGood organizational and time management skills\n\nGerman: Minimum B2 (mandatory)\n\nEnglish: B2 or higher\n\nCompany description\nUnique People is an IT outsourcing company that provides services mainly in the field of IT infrastructure and software development.
