capacity and delivery commitments.\n\nMonitor daily production progress and ensure production activities are carried out according to the established schedules.\n\nCoordinate with internal departments, including Production, Material Planning, Purchasing, Engineering and Quality, to ensure smooth production flow.\n\nFollow up on delayed lot movements between operations and identify potential bottlenecks affecting production schedules.\n\nMonitor and expedite lots placed on hold due to quality, material shortages or administrative issues to minimize production delays.\n\nIdentify potential risks to delivery commitments and proactively coordinate recovery plans with relevant departments.\n\nMonitor and ensure achievement of On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets in accordance with customer requirements.\n\nAnalyse production performance, delivery status and planning discrepancies, and prepare regular reports for management review.\n\nReview production capacity and resource utilization to support effective scheduling and workload balancing.\n\nCoordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient material readiness and availability to support production requirements.\n\nMaintain accurate planning records, production schedules, customer forecasts and delivery status updates.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, production efficiency and delivery performance.\n\nPerform other planning-related duties and assignments as assigned by management.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or any other related discipline.\n\nCandidates with 2–3 years of working experience in production planning, material planning or production control within a manufacturing environment will have an added advantage.\n\nFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.\n\nBasic understanding of production planning, scheduling, inventory management and manufacturing operations is preferred.\n\nKnowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools will be an added advantage.\n\nGood analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.\n\nGood command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.\n\nDetail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.\n\nAble to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities and meet tight delivery deadlines.\n\nA strong sense of responsibility and commitment
