the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of an Enterprise Architecture (EA) Tool for a banking environment.\nIn this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture teams, developers, and testers to understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications, user stories, UI prototypes, and test cases.\nYou will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to testing, release coordination, and post-release verification.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather business requirements and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nParticipate in requirement workshops, design discussions, and backlog refinement sessions.\nCreate process flows, wireframes, and UI prototypes using Figma or AI-assisted tools.\nDevelop and maintain conceptual data models, class diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).\nPrepare test scenarios and test cases, support UAT, track defects, and validate fixes.\nCoordinate with development, testing, product, and support teams to ensure smooth releases.\nSupport production verification and track post-release issues through closure.\nMaintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, product development, or technology delivery.\nStrong understanding of requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.\nGood knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), class diagrams, and ERDs.\nExperience in functional testing, UAT, test case preparation, and defect management.\nUnderstanding of release management and software delivery processes.\nHands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.\nExposure to Figma, wireframing, or UI prototyping tools.\nStrong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in banking or financial services.\nUnderstanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, governance, and EA tools.\nFamiliarity with Zephyr, Cucumber/Gherkin, Productboard, or Aha!\nExposure to AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Gemini, Claude, or Figma Make.\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, with practical experience in data modelling, prototyping, testing, and release
