repositories.\nOptimize retrieval quality, context management, and response accuracy.\nImplement vector search and semantic search capabilities.\nEvaluate, fine-tune, and monitor LLM performance.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand AI use cases and translate them into technical solutions.\nFollow AI governance, security, and responsible AI best practices.\nRequired Skills\nStrong Python programming experience.\nHands-on experience with LangGraph.\nStrong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).\nExperience with Prompt Engineering and prompt optimization.\nExperience developing applications using Generative AI technologies.\nKnowledge of Elastic Knowledge / Elasticsearch for enterprise search and knowledge retrieval.\nExperience with LangChain ecosystem.\nExperience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.\nKnowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.\nExperience building AI agents and multi-step workflows.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs and microservices.\nFamiliarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD
