You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates, from diverse language and cultural backgrounds, to deliver a fast, fair and high-quality hiring experience.\nUnderstand client hiring needs and translate them into clear job requirements, job advertisements and search strategies.\nSource candidates for IT roles (e.g., software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, SAP, infrastructure) through job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals and Boolean search.\nScreen and interview candidates by phone, video and in person, assessing technical skills, experience and role fit.\nCommunicate clearly with candidates and client stakeholders in the languages needed to do the job, including calls, messages and interview coordination.\nManage the full recruitment cycle: shortlisting, interview scheduling, feedback, offer negotiation, reference checks and onboarding follow-up.\nMaintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM and report on pipeline, turnaround time and placements.\nBuild and maintain a talent pool and long-term relationships with candidates and clients.\nEnsure all job postings and hiring practices comply with Singapore employment legislation and the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices, and with the Fair Consideration Framework where applicable.\nProtect candidate and client data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).\nRequirements\nExperience in IT or technical recruitment (agency or in-house). Candidates with relevant experience in other recruitment fields and a strong interest in technology are welcome to apply.\nWorking knowledge of IT roles, technologies and market terminology, and the ability to assess technical profiles with hiring managers.\nStrong spoken and written communication skills in English and other languages relevant to our client base, as the role involves regular communication with candidates and clients across the region.\nStrong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and use of LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and ATS tools.\nExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions, prioritise and meet targets.\nDiploma or degree in any discipline, or equivalent work experience.\nGood to Have\nExperience hiring for Singapore, Greater China or wider Asia-Pacific markets.\nFamiliarity with the Fair Consideration Framework, MyCareersFuture and work pass requirements.\nExperience with recruitment analytics and ATS reporting.\nPlease submit your resume through [application link / email].
