code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.\nSupport application deployment, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.\nRequired Skills\nStrong proficiency in Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.\nHands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework.\nStrong understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.\nExperience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.\nKnowledge of Hibernate/JPA and database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.\nExperience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.\nFamiliarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.\nKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.\nUnderstanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and application security.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nExperience with cloud-native application development.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools
