The role requires a combination of business analysis, data analysis and technical understanding to translate business requirements into effective data and reporting solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather, analyze and document business requirements related to data, reporting and analytics.\nWork closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, developers and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.\nAnalyze data from SAP BW and other SAP/non-SAP data sources.\nDevelop and execute complex SQL queries for data analysis, validation and reconciliation.\nUse Python for data analysis, transformation, validation and automation of reporting/data processes.\nDevelop, enhance and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.\nDefine data mappings, business rules, KPIs and reporting requirements.\nPerform data profiling, quality checks, reconciliation and root-cause analysis for data issues.\nSupport data extraction, transformation and integration requirements across multiple systems.\nValidate data products and ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency.\nCollaborate with technical teams on data models, ETL processes and reporting solutions.\nPrepare functional and technical documentation, including BRD, FRD, data mapping and process documentation.\nSupport UAT, defect analysis, issue resolution and production implementation.\nPresent analytical findings and dashboards to business and senior stakeholders.\nRequired Skills\nStrong experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Business Data Analyst.\nHands-on experience with SAP BW and SAP data environments.\nStrong SQL skills with experience in complex queries, joins, aggregations and data validation.\nGood working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.\nStrong experience in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling and DAX.\nUnderstanding of ETL/data pipelines, data warehousing and data modelling.\nExperience working with large and complex datasets.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical/data requirements.\nGood communication and documentation skills.\nPreferred\nExperience with SAP BW/4HANA or SAP HANA.\nKnowledge of Power BI DAX, Power Query and data modelling.\nExperience with data quality, governance and reconciliation processes.\nExposure to cloud data platforms and modern data engineering environments.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum
