You will work as part of a diverse, international recruitment team supporting IT hiring requirements for Singapore and, occasionally, remote positions.\nKey Responsibilities\nSource and identify IT/Technology professionals for Singapore-based and remote opportunities.\nManage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to successful placement.\nUnderstand technical job requirements and identify suitable IT talent.\nUse LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment platforms and other sourcing channels to build candidate pipelines.\nConduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, availability and salary expectations.\nCoordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams.\nWork closely with the recruitment team in an English-speaking working environment.\nMaintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and pipeline status.\nBuild strong candidate relationships and develop a long-term IT talent network.\nPerformance & KPI\nKPI is primarily based on successful recruitment closures.\nExpected performance: 1-2 successful placements per month, depending on hiring requirements.\nConsistent sourcing activity, candidate submissions, interview coordination and pipeline development are also expected.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience in IT/Technical Recruitment is preferred.\nStrong interest in building a career in technology recruitment.\nGood understanding of IT roles, technologies and technical skill sets.\nGood spoken and written English communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while being an active member of a diverse team.\nSelf-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment KPIs.\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn new
