management to achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets.\nContribute to strategic initiatives and product innovation to strengthen our competitive position. \nDevelop deep accredited university required or 4+ years of work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales.\nNatural sales talent with strong business acumen.\nExceptional negotiation skills. \nExperience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close. \nFamiliarity with real estate closing processes. \nFamiliarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV.\nExperience originating or developing within renewable energy, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, land acquisition, mineral rights
