This position partners closely with Taylor Oswald’s external marketing firm, providing strategic direction, hands-on execution, content development, digital marketing oversight, and coordination with Oswald Companies.\nThis role is designed for a highly efficient marketing leader capable of operating with independence, prioritizing high-impact work, and driving measurable results within a defined monthly hour structure.\nA Day in the Life\nLead content creation, including blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and case studies.\nUpdate the Taylor Oswald website and oversee digital analytics and light SEO.\nManage marketing operations including vendor coordination (designers, photographers, videographers, and promo suppliers).\nWork collaboratively with the external marketing firm to align efforts, share assets, and support integrated campaigns.\nCoordinate with the Team, or through system access, to deploy client email communications.\nEngage with Oswald shared services to leverage webinars, newsletters, and marketing assets.\nSupport execution of annual strategic initiatives, including the special event campaigns, direct mail blitzes, award submissions, regional campaigns, and LinkedIn AI exploration.\nProduce quarterly reporting on marketing efforts, results, and strategic recommendations.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nWhat You’ll Need\nDemonstrated experience as a Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, or senior-level marketer.\nStrong writing skills, including thought leadership, newsletters, and campaign content.\nCompetence in digital marketing: website updates, analytics, and SEO.\nAbility to manage vendors, partners, and cross-functional relationships.\nStrong project management, prioritization, and ability to work independently.\nComfort navigating shared platforms (CRM, SharePoint) and collaborating with internal/external teams.\nExperience in B2B, insurance, financial services, or professional services preferred.\nWho You Are\nEfficient, organized, and able to make strategic decisions with limited hours.\nSelf-directed and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.\nCollaborative and able to work seamlessly with the external marketing firm and Oswald teams.\nDetail-oriented, quality-focused, and reliable in meeting deadlines.\nStrong communicator and proactive problem-solver.\nCurious, resourceful, and skilled at leveraging existing content and systems.\nTravel Expectations\nLight Travel (0-10%)\nOccasional local travel to events, meetings, or content capture as needed.\nMajority of work may be performed remotely.\nPhysical and Environmental Demands\nPhysical Requirements: Primarily sedentary work involving computer use.
