You'll be providing hiring support across the USA as required. Based full-time at Unispace's Boston studio, you will be embedded within the business and partner closely with the HR team and hiring managers across Design, Project Management, Pre-construction, Construction, Commercial, and Corporate functions to attract and secure exceptional talent into a dynamic, design-led environment.\nThis is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for a skilled recruiter equally comfortable managing high volumes of live roles and building long-term talent pipelines. You will act as a true brand ambassador for Unispace, ensuring every candidate has a compelling, professional experience from first contact to offer.\nKey responsibilities\nHave visibility of the full recruitment lifecycle for all USA vacancies, from briefing and job posting through to offer management and onboarding handover.\nPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles and timescales.\nSource candidates through a variety of channels including direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and specialist networks.\nConduct initial screening calls and structured competency interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit before presenting shortlists to the business.\nManage offer processes including salary benchmarking, negotiations, and pre-employment checks.\nBuild and maintain proactive talent pipelines for business-critical and hard-to-fill disciplines across the Unispace portfolio.\nChampion the clients employer brand externally, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.\nBuild trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership, providing expert recruitment advice and market insight.\nMaintain accurate vacancy and candidate data within the ATS, producing regular recruitment MI and pipeline reports.\nAbout you\nDemonstrable in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally within the built environment, workplace design, construction, or professional services sectors.\nProven track record of managing multiple concurrent vacancies across varied disciplines and seniority levels.\nStrong direct sourcing capability with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate attraction tools.\nConfident, credible communicator with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.\nHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience using an ATS and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.\nPrior experience recruiting within Commercial Real Estate, Workplace Design, Interior fit-out, architecture, or construction sectors (desirable).\nFamiliarity with specialist roles such as interior designers, project managers, pre-construction, or site-based professionals (desirable).\nExposure to diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives (desirable)\nAbout us\nYou will be employed by our RPO partner, Tandem Talent.
