You’ll act as the project integrator, aligning ambition with buildability and ensuring projects are set up for success from day one.\nResponsibilities include but not limited to\nShaping early feasibility, budgets, programmes, and risk strategies\nReviewing designs to identify buildability issues and value-engineering opportunities\nDeveloping and managing concept and detailed cost plans, protecting GP and commercial outcomes\nLeading subcontractor tendering, procurement strategies, and supply chain engagement\nPreparing outline programmes covering design, procurement, and approvals\nReviewing contracts (JCT, NEC, bespoke) and advising on commercial and delivery risk\nSupporting confident, professional client presentations covering design, cost, and programme\nEnsuring smooth, well-structured commercial handovers into delivery\nAbout you\n3+ years’ experience in pre-construction, estimating, or commercial roles\nEstablished background within a Design & Build environments\nStrong understanding of design processes, procurement, and construction sequencing\nCommercially minded with the confidence to influence design and client decisions\nComfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders\nProficient in MS Project and construction management systems (Vista or similar)\nDegree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar (preferred)\nWhat We Offer\nIn return, you will receive a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including a pension, paid holiday leave, and travel opportunities across our global offices.
